What you get

Repaired or replaced covers ship back to you prepaid by surface freight.
What isn’t covered
- Foam breakage or torn fabric from excess weight: standing water, snow, heat, animals or people.
- Chafing, scuffs or holes from dragging the cover or from sharp objects.
- Freight to send the cover to us.
- Fading of fabric and thread from sun, chemicals and ageing.
- Torn handles. Handles are for opening and closing the cover, not for carrying it.

Making a claim
Claims go directly to Northcraft. Make a claim with your order number, photos of the defect and a short description.
