Cut to the quarter inch

Your measurements go straight to our cutting table. No rounding to the nearest stock size.

Approved before we cut

You get a spec drawing of your cover to check. Production starts only once you say yes.

Built for real winters

Tapered 1.5 lb density foam cores, each sealed in a 3 mil vapour barrier (6 mil with the Winter Pack), with tapers up to 6″ for heavy snow country.

Made by hand in Canada

Cut and sewn by an experienced Canadian team. Even the foam cores are made in the same Canadian facility. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas.

Built for the snow belt, not the sun belt.

Tapers up to 6″ shed melt and carry snow load, and tight-fitting skirts keep wind from lifting a frozen cover. Designed and tested through Ontario winters.

Questions

What if I measure wrong?

You’ll review a spec drawing before we cut. If anything looks off, we’ll talk it through with you, or you can send photos and we’ll help check.

Which taper should I choose?

For most Canadian backyards, 5″–3″ is the all-rounder. If you get heavy snow or want maximum heat retention, go 5″–4″ or 6″–4″.

DuraTex or vinyl?

DuraTex is our standard: a woven outdoor fabric with the look and feel of premium patio furniture, in black, chocolate and grey. Marine vinyl is the classic wipe-clean finish, in dark grey, charcoal, chocolate and black.

Can you make a cover for an unusual shape?

Yes. Rounded, square, cut-corner, round and octagon covers up to 96″ can be ordered online at the same prices. For anything larger, swim spas, or unusual shapes with cut-outs or raised features, ask for a quote with your measurements and we’ll reply, usually within one business day.

Where are your covers made?

Made in Canada with imported materials. Every cover is cut, sewn and assembled by our team in Ontario, and the foam cores are made in the same facility. Our DuraTex and marine vinyl fabrics are imported.

How long does it take, and where do you ship?

About 4 weeks from the day you approve your drawing. Shipping is free anywhere in Canada, except Newfoundland & Labrador (+$95) and Yukon or the Northwest Territories (+$350); deliveries to Quebec and Nunavut are quoted. We don’t ship to the United States at this time.
