How to measure Measure the outside edge of the acrylic lip, not the old cover. The fold (hinge) runs along A, so the cover folds in half across B. Make sure the fold won’t land on your spa’s controls or the wrong side for your cover lifter. For rounded corners, lay a straightedge along both sides and measure from where they meet to where the curve starts. If you’re between sizes, round the radius down: a smaller radius makes a slightly squarer corner that won’t fit tight (4″ is safer than 5″). Skirt is how far the cover hangs down the side. Type 0 for none.
