What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
• Your cover configuration, including your spa and measurements.
• Your drawing approval: the time, your IP address and browser, and the version of the drawing you approved.
• Quote, swatch and warranty requests, including any photos you send.

Card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store them.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your cover, keep a record of what you approved, handle warranty claims and answer your questions. We only email you about your order or a request you made. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers and partners needed to take payment, host our site and data, send email, make your cover and deliver it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including your cover’s spec, so we can honour the warranty and make matching parts, and as long as tax law requires.
