Terms of sale

Who you’re buying from

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your drawing

After you pay, we email a spec drawing of your cover. Nothing is cut until you approve it, and we build exactly what’s on the approved drawing. You’re responsible for the measurements you give us, including any you change from a size we have on file.

Changes and cancellations

Before you approve your drawing, you can request a change or cancel for a full refund. If a change alters the price, we’ll charge or refund the difference before you approve the new drawing. Once you approve, production starts and the order can’t be cancelled.

Delivery

Ships about 4 weeks after you approve your drawing. We deliver within Canada only. See shipping & returns.

Returns

Covers are custom-made and can’t be returned except under our warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
